Colonial Manor Square is a family-friendly community of 256 single family homes located on the west side of Monroe, Ohio. Our community website was developed to serve as an informative resource for our neighborhood and homeowners. Please feel free to contact the board with your comments and suggestions.

2024 Annual HOA Dues

Annual dues for the Colonial Manor Square HOA of $110 are due April 30, 2024.

Homeowners paying by April 6, 2024 receive a discount of $40.

Homeowners with a zero balance will receive a postcard reminder that payments are due. Any homeowner with a credit balance or balance due in addition to regular dues will receive a letter from the HOA. Letters were mailed March 11. Postcards were ordered at the same time but have not arrived in mailboxes as of 3/23/2024

• Zelle Payments by sending payment to treasurer@cmshoa.com.

Cash payments are not accepted. A $30 fee will be assessed for cancelled, returned, or not-honored checks.

Payments after April 30, 2024 will incur a $20 late fee.
