Status Request Procedures

Title, mortgage companies, or other financial organizations that wish to verify that a homeowner is in good standing with an HOA may submit an email request for homeowner status to the HOA Board.

All requests must include:

  • Property address
  • Seller's name
  • Buyer's name
  • Buyer's mailing address after sale (if different than property being purchased)
  • Date of closing
  • Sale price

The request must be made by email to: board@cmshoa.com

Any payment of an outstanding balance may be submitted to:

  • CMS HOA
  • P.O. Box 245
  • Monroe, OH 45050

Please allow 3-5 days processing time.

All confirmations and final billing statements will be provided by email. The board does not send a physical confirmation of status.
