During regularly scheduled HOA meetings the board will ensure a period for HOA member comments and question. Regular meetings time and locations are posted on the main HOA page.
Complaints or covenant violations must be reported in writing or by email and private message. The CMS HOA board will not act upon a complaint made in person.
Because of the cost and limited use the HOA does not maintain a phone number. Further, it is HOA board policy to conduct all business in writing so there is a clear and documented record of each homeowner interaction. This helps to protect the HOA and the volunteer board members.
