Important HOA Information
Annual Dues
Each property owner is responsible for a portion of the common expenses for the neighborhood. These HOA fees primarily cover maintenace and landscaping of the entrance signs, maintenance of common drainage areas, and lawn care along State Route 63 on the southern border of our neighborhood.
Annual dues of $110 are billed in February and due at the end of March.
Governing Documents
The Covenants for Colonial Manor Square Homeowner's Association provide for the rules of our neighborhood, guidelines for the HOA Governing Board, and explain how the covenants can be changed. The Bylaws provide specific guidance for the HOA Governing Board.

Budget Documents
The HOA Governing Board will provide the a report of the budget, expenses, and account values periodically through the current fiscal year. Year-end reports will also be published for the five prior fiscal years.
