A: Currently, CMS HOA fees are $110 per year. This is an annual fee covering the period of January 1st through December 31st. Invoices are sent January and are due mid-February. Payments can be sent to: CMS HOA, PO Box 245, Monroe, OH 45050.

A: Section 5.3.7 of the Covenants states "Above ground pools are prohibited." Kiddy pools less than 24"x72" are permitted when taken down nightly.

A: The Third Amendment to the Covenants was passed by the homeowners to allow sheds. Sheds should have a roof that matches the house. Siding should be wood or vinyl in a color that matches the house. Sheds should not exceed 150 square feet and 14 feet height. Sheds should be located in the rear yard, at least 10 feet off the property line, and not within the building line or easements.

A: See section 5.3.7 of the Covenants. "Vinyl or split rail fence will be permitted in the rear yard only. Any other fence must have written approval..."

A: Absolutely, but it takes work. A change to the Covenants requires a petition signed by two-thirds of the homeowners. Contact the board for more details.
